Pre-paid cards are available for $10.00 each.
Have your student bring the form below
and payment (cash or check to 'NLMS PTSA')
to the Student Store to purchase a pre-paid card!
In order to make sure we are following District and PTSA regulations:
ALL volunteers must have a current background check on file with the District and be current NLMS PTSA members in order to handle money at the store.
Online background check applications can be completed by clicking here.
Background checks are valid for two years and will apply to all schools in the district.
